Why would BA require an MCC certificate for applicants with ATPL, thousand of hours of widebodies at several airlines overseas? I think the experience speaks for itself when it comes to working with other pilots in a multi crew jet. It just sounds a little bit irrelevant. Any sort of derogation possible to that rule based on experience?

Thanks

Don't think BA will be recruiting for some time!

It wasn't a requirement during the last round of recruitment.

However I wouldn't get your knickers in a twist about it, DEP recruitment at BA is a long long way away.

How long you reckon until recruitment for DEP...2015/16?
