He usually is a bit off, but today he was too funny

Sounds like another ****** " on the front line " who has never been out of his comfort zone. Humour is one thing , but I`d wager he has only ever been in the company of Big Mac eating , loud , obnoxious , beer bellied hypocrits , and has no understanding of the job of flight crew operating globally , still no excuses for not being able to use English in todays professional environment.
