Finding a pilot

Where is the best place to advertise for a pilot? Still the Australian? AFAP? where do the newbies all look?

Pardon the ignorance, I have never looked for a flying job in my life and have no intention of starting but I may have a position coming up for a junior instructor.

Would a PPrune post work or would the mods lock it?
