I believe that military pilots' logbooks are public record, subject to security release? If I remember correctly, the "cloud seeding in the 50's" controversy can be solved by referring to a Lancaster pilot's logbook in the public records office (which is a bit beside the point).

I'd love to put some old, or bold, military or civilian, pilots into my website - do any PPRuNers know of online sources?

I didn't know of that rule......my late uncle was an instructor in the war, and his books are still at his house (with Auntie!)

Needless to say, we won't be offering them to the P.R.O.

You can buy a copy of Bob Tuck's logbook. Not cheap, but I bet it's a great read!
