With a nod to Jesse off the "Fast Show" for the thread title :ok:
I’ve just come across The CAS Reading List for 2012 here ...
http://www.airpowerstudies.co.uk/CAS%20Reading%20List%202012.pdf
So it occurs to me that we might be able to assist by suggesting the PPRuNe Alternative List (PAL). I'm sure there’s plenty of scope to be slightly irreverent and humorous without resort to the mention of certain esoteric “Top Shelf” adult material … so let’s have your learned suggestions … :8
The Book Titles can be real or spoof (cover pics if possible) ... but should have a tenable link to the purpose of broadening the young Military Aviation Leaders mind :E
I’ll kick off with a couple of starters … Each title should have a few lines to articulate relevance.
"My Foot in Your Ass" by Dr Seuss.
Essential reading for Senior and Junior Officers alike whether you are giving or receiving a bollocking.

"Fart Proudly" by Carl Japikse.
Really a Training Book to help understand the aero-medical impacts of ascending in an unpressurised cockpit.

A Ladybird Book "How it works ... The Aeroplane."
For those attending their first CFS Course.
