Hello everyone,

I am in an unfortunate position of having passed 13/14 Atpls but having used all attempts. I have decided to do the CPL/IR (I'm well aware of the limitations of having these exams as opposed to ATPL)

Reading AIC 12/2003, Section 4 explains that the theory passed in the Atpls may be credited towards the CPL/IR exams. My failure was M&B (I know, devastated!),so looking at table b) on the document does that mean I will have to retake only Flight Performance and Planning of the CPL/IR syllabus.

I have emailed the CAA about this to clarify it, would like to know if any one has ever been through this ordeal and confirm that the above is correct.

Many thanks!
