Just GO FOR IT.. I have to interview occasionally (not aviation) and enthusiasm will always count big time. Best of luck.

I've worked for three airlines and been for many airline interviews, each airline is different but the overall interviews are pretty similar.

*Possibly a maths test, nothing major!!
*most def. group exercises, usually discussing topics/problem solving or building something like a bridge from paper.

Make sure you smile alot, you open your mouth and talk, voice your opinions.

There will be someone watching your every move!!

If you are sucessful at after this point you will go through to a one to one interview.

Just try to relax and be yourself

Good luck!!!!;)
