Flight Simulator at SZB

Hi all, there is a static flight simulator(B737, I think) being built
at the Skypark T3 (1st Floor). Any idea who is spearheading
the project and the purpose? (It's more like the homebuilt thingy
MyCockpit.org (http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/forum.php))
