Multi documents

hello everyone

I am going for multi training so

is anybody here who did recently multi training from india and got endorsed on single CPL? if any please pm me the soft copy of documents it will help me a lot to make my documents for endorsement or can send it in format or if any one can advise me what document should i submit in DGCA to get multi endorsement on license..

The flying school in India usually takes care of all the DGCA paperwork...........

I know that..but i am going newzealand for multi training so i want to make my documents in a indian format and i want to cross check that why i am asking indian docs..pls if you have any pm me..
