And what does gender have to do with the matter?
How about those who call in sick at 2300 the night before on a Friday or Saturday a 0500 report because they don't want their evening to end. They deserve honorable mention too.

unprofessional conduct does not come from what gender you are.
its about your work ethic which is non-existent at air india.
unfortunately the immature and stupid indian media always hypes the wrong thing in a story and common people also form the same perception .
