Hi mates.

In around 10 weeks I intend to apply for my practical ATPL checkride during my next OPC. Can anybody give me some light about what I can expect?

I have doubts specially regarding theoretical preparation. Is there any book that would summarize the information that would be useful to answer the TRE questions? I know that everything is in ATPL books, but some kind of guide would help a lot to review the more important. I took a look in Amazon, but I didnīt see anything like that.

Thanks in advance! :O

Happy landings.

J0ta.

ATPL skill test isn't any different from a usual multi pilot instrument proficiency check/skill test. The only additional item is a manual instrument approach. Tolerances and skill levels are all the same. I've been on a couple of such skill tests with other pilots and the examiner didn't really ask anything what he wouldn't ask for an opc/lpc.

Speaking for JAA/EASA territories of course.

All the best :ok:
