Do Virgin do the MCO with both A330's & 747's from Manchester. If so is their much difference between the the PE cabins on both?

yes they do operate both on this route depending on which day you fly, would be the 75 (330 at the moment except the odd day where they switch equipment) or the 73 which is primarily the 744. All the 744's (except 1) have been updated to the new config of IFE and seating.
The bad thing with the 744 on the upper deck is it is split between economy and premium, don't know who thought of that, but it's not a good config.
I believe that for the summer all flts ex MAN will be 744's.
They are essentially the same seats with the same ife.
