Now that it would seem that the Director of Maintenance at Barrier has more to concentrate on, might it be an ideal time for him to release the Guppy at BOH?

NO. I think not, a friend sent me some photo's taken in December 2012 and it looks to be in a very sorry state.

Considering it has sat outside for quite some time, i doubt it would 'look' to be in great condition to most people. But lets just hope there's a positive eventual outcome for this leviathan of the air.
