Would anyone know what Saudi Aramco do with there two AT-802's?
They are advertising for various Pilot positions, jets and turbo props.

Aramco use aircraft to ferry staff and supplies to their construction and operation sites throughout KSA, some of these sites are in remote areas with no (or little) access by road.

Cannot say specifically what they use their AT-802's for though.

Probably bulk fuel deliveries. There are a few of these airplanes flying in Northern Ontario, Canada that have been modified to deliver bulk fuel loads to fly-in communities.

No, actually what the Air Tractors are used for is for spraying a special chemical agent into the ocean in case of an oil spill. These makes it easier for the spill to be picked up.

Is it an 802 pilot they are looking for? Any idea on what the pay is like?

No, the spray actually makes the oil spill sink to the bottom of the Persian Gulf (the Saudi's hate it when it's referred to as anything but the Arabian Gulf)

Then 'Halas' no more spill! Out of site out of mind. BTW, this is how they manage as well.
