Can any of you help me find the name of someone in mid to upper management at Korean Air who would want to know about errors and mismanagement specifically in Korean Air's Indonesian (Jakarta) telephone reservations department?

I would like to contact someone at KA who is responsible for insuring that the Indonesian reservations team is effective, or someone who would be annoyed to know that that this department was being mismanaged.

I do not want an Indonesian contact at KA's Jakarta office since it's already obvious that the department there in Jakarta is managed poorly and whomever is minding the store thinks it's okay to be sloppy.

Alternately, would anyone know the correct job title of someone responsible for setting up and training the reservations staff in the various regional/country offices?

Very much obliged for any help or enlightenment.:ok:

I'm afraid that's gonna be tough. No one really cares nor wishes to rock the boat, and no one will really get in trouble since they are expert in blame game. Even you could get hold of the big boys contact, no action will be taken. Or if you are lucky to get the attention of the Chairman, the downline staff will eventually blame all misdeeds on either miscommunication or misunderstanding.

And I can assure you that Jakarta is NOT the only station in need of fixing.

In KAL you will never get the things done the way You think. They do it theire way, it works for them and all is fine. If you do not agree it is your problem, not KALīs. The past gives them the foundation to stand on. You cannot fix a problem at KAL nore for KAL. Do not waste your time.

You might try to go through Delta Air Lines and Skyteam. If you are a frequent flyer on DAL they "might " listen. Otherwise, vote with your feet.
