Hi Guys,
I am planning to do my CPL in Philippines (APG Aviation-Pilot Training Institute, Flight Academy, Center in Philippines (http://www.apgaviationacademy.com)). The Flying school is offering JOB as instructor with 2 year Contract. After contract I am planning to come back to India and convert the license. Some say that DGCA is not Converting Philippines license:confused:. Please advise on this.

DGCA does convert CAAP CPL. I got mine converted past month. But yes, there are a number of schools in the Philippines who are offering "job contracts". Be careful. There is never a job guarantee in aviation, well, unless if you already have your CPL. Good Luck
