It's been a rough week for cx in the media.
Be careful of actions bearing in mind the image it portrays to the customers.
And then they elaborate...

Do they live in some sort of parallel universe??
Or was this a cleverly devised diversion from the real story of ripping off said customers blind? Give the media 3 cx stories in a week knowing the childish Hong Kong media would only publish gossipy crap and not boring ACCC investigations.
