Given the degree of submersion, and subsequent hosing out with water, I'd imagine that the aircraft would not be airworthy and would require substantial work to become so.
Have seen this in a commercial hangar.
Most of the avionics were not in good shape.
Then again this is MS equipment in this case so who knows.
