Best asian airline for B737 experienced First Officer

as the title said, what's the best asian airline for an experienced F/O rated on B737 (with more than 4000 hours on it)?

Important points are:

- Quality of life
- Rosters
- Salary
- Chance to fly NG
- Upgrade to Captain in short time

Try Air Japan. 767s, not 737s, but they don't require a 767 rating and you'll upgrade in 4-5 years.

I heard by them that you must have 250 hours PIC without PICUS time. Obviously, if you have never flown as Captain or for long time on small pistons, you just have minimum 100 hours PIC from your ATPL course and the other 150 as PICUS (working as F/O) in order to qualify for the ATPL practical exam. This is my case (as many many other guys).
