AirNZ A320 Accident-Four Years On

Four years ago today, our region lost some dear colleagues to a completely avoidable and tragic accident. The leanings in the failings of classic human factors and airmanship should be taken on board by all to ensure this never happens again.
My thoughts go out to my friends at AirNZ and NZCAA.
