http://www.redskyventures.org/doc/other-poh/Seneca_POH.pdf

I can't open it at the moment but I am guessing it is for a Seneca II.

I wonder just what are the differences between the One and the Two..??

I've only flown the 'Two'.
I do remember the 'Max demonstrated X-Wind' was in the order of 13kts....
Being checked out by the then 'Examiner of Airmen' at YPPH in the afternoon 'Freo Doctor' was 'fun'....

That link opened for me OK, the original issue July 16 1973,
Revised insert dated March 29 1977....

Try Googling it maybe..??

I have a PDF of the the PA34-220T, which is a three, if it helps. More relevent to a II than a I.

Griffo, the difference between the I and II can be summarised as such -

The I had 200hp naturally aspirated Lycomings vs the 200hp turbo TCM's in the II (the III has 220hp TCM's)

There were certain flight control differences as well, which made gave the I some pretty poor handling compared to later versions.

Also, don't expect the I to go up with one engine operating!
