Hi :-)
I am going to start my ATPLs in January and was wondering if there was anything I could do in preparation up till then?

Thanks in advance

Hows your maths and physics? I certainly felt under-confident in those areas having spent 5 years in a job where they were all but irrelevant, maybe a brush up on those skills would be helpful if you feel you require it?

The materials seem to assume a certain previous knowledge in these subjects, I would say equivalent to around GCSE level.

Agreed on the maths and physics. Most of the subjects just involve lots of (boring) rote learning, so not a great deal you can do in terms of prep for that.

If you haven't already selected a school, make sure you do your research. You could try asking different schools for some sample copies of notes or even sitting in on a brush-up class if they will let you.

Hi guys
Thanks for the responses...

I have contacted my chosen school (propilot)
and they are sending me out some revision notes, manly maths and physics I believe. Can't wait to get started now :-/
