Hello,
In Jan we will make a trip from Athens to Windhoek. It means we will make a fuelstop somewhere in Central Africa.

Since I,m unfamiliar there, I wanted to ask what would be a good place to refuel in regards to Security/Safety, Red tape/Corruption, Delays, Comfort of Pax/Lounge for Pax. A fast turnaround is desired

The stop should be somewhere around South Chad, Central republic, North Congo.

I was thinking N,Djamena, but suggestions are very welcome.

The only international airport in the region is Bangui - CAR
Great little airport - nice facilities and they don't  you around.
PM me if you need someone for handling, fuel, authorisation, etc
I have someone there that is worth their weight in gold (Almost)

Citation Sovereign, I was planning 6,5 hours enroute max, to have enough reserve on top. (between 350 and 400 kts dep on wind) that would have me end up somewhere in above mentioned area. Yaounde is a bit off the great circle. What about South Chad.
Do pax need a visa for Cameroun for just a tech stop?
CAR is a good option.

What about Flying over Libya by the way. They calmed down a little?
