Britten - Norman Lee-on-Solent

Any ideas what is it like working for Britten - Norman? Anyone been there - done that? Or better still, anyone currently working for them?

I see they have some job openings on their website but they've been posted there for some time now and there is no expiration date.

Last week a colleague of mine sent them a cover letter and a CV and got no reply whatsoever. Not even an automated/courtesy one.

I used to work for BN. Let's put it this way, they are struggling. Pay day was a worry every month and there was a big issue with job security. BN lost their lease at EGHF and now their employees work for RCAM. I would agree with the above comment, I'd avoid and look for something with more security. Sorry if this is too late but for future reference I hope this helps :)
