One of the better jobs in China, although a lot of the negatives are common to all carriers in China, as we all have to deal with the CAAC and their medicals, constantly new checkrides, etc.
The company does their best to treat you well. The contract is the best structured in China, by that I mean no big bonus at the end.
I recommend reading all the posts about flying in China. There is both good and bad there. All of it is true, both good and bad. BCA is one of the best, and their new contracts are structured really well.
