It occurred to me that if there is one housekeeping job that sucks, it has to be vacuming.

Anybody got any more?

Only if you drop them from too great a height.

Your's obviously haven't been house broken.

But as with dogs, one day you will see one you can't resist and then you will either have to train it yourself or learn to put up with it.

:p :p :p

Toilet bowl scrub has got to be up there near the top (or bottom depending on your point of view) of the list.

Oh, now all my hopes are dashed with that cutting remark. :(

We are good for lots of things! - In no particualr order.....

Clumping around in the dark to see what "went bump in the night"

Changing light bulbs

Fixing cars

Late night strolls on the beach

Taking out the rubbish

Telling you how much weight you 've lost

Mowing the lawn

Waxing

Massages

Taking out the empties

Recharging the fridge

Storage place for a wallet that you regularly empty

See?

I am not too keen on ironing, - volunteers gladly accepted. Agree with the toilet cleaning - abominable task, that one. Still trying to figure out why it is you blokes have sooooo much trouble getting what's supposed to go in there, actually IN there.....

Toolbox, impressive list there - only trouble is that an inordinate amount of males don't seem to subscribe to the same list you do!

Checkboard, I don't mind throwing spiders out of the house, but get a bit narky about snakes that wander in through the door - and I'm being serious here !!! Had one come and join me in the lounge room one day, however I was feeling none too sociable, and left in a great hurry.

M. :)

1 - I know what went bump in the night. So I set three mouse traps, and caught 10 of the ******s. (Well, one I vacuumed up, but that's another story)

2 - I only have 1 light bulb I can't reach. It breaks, it stays broken :)

3 - I fix my own car, or take it to the garage.

4 - I live in the Midlands.

5 - It's easier to take out the rubbish myself than expend energy trying to persuade someone else to do it.

6 - I don't need to lose any weight. Do I??? ;)

7 - I have no lawn.

8 - You think a woman would let you wax her?!

9 - You may have a point.

10 - There are noticably fewer empties when there's no man around

11 - The fridge doesn't need recharging when there's no man around

12 - Who's wallet are we talking about here? Mine's permanently empty :(

Housekeeping - isn't that something you pay someone else to do, even if you can't afford it ?

Hey Aerbabe!

I should have married you instead!

Having you do all those things, it would leave me more time to sit on my ar.e watching sport on tv and drinking beer (and Ppruning of course)

What a woman!

Where can I get one?

Do you have any like-minded mates?

Do you take trade-ins on old models?

I promise I'll take my empties out:D :D

One of the worst jobs I find is cleaning a sieve, there's nothing worse.
