BE300 Simulator (http://www.finaa.fi/en/fleet--amp--equipment/simulators-/be-30-full-flight-simulator.html)

I believe this is the only one in Europe.

Flight Safety had 1 in FAB.
Do not know if it is still there. Have been there myself 2006-2007.
Worth a try.

In france there is a couple of schools that do the Beech 1900 type rating.
Done on a "generic" 1900 sim plus on the plane.

In the address above you will find the list of all FTO and pick the one's doing a beech 1900 training

FlightSafety have both 1900C and D sims/courses at LaGuardia plus a 1900D Sim/course at Seattle.. There is also a company based Denver/Greeley Colorado called AIMS, the quality of instruction at AIMS is not up to FSI standard but if you're looking for a rating it's worth investigating... not sure that it's much cheaper than FSI though.. They will charge a hefty fee if they have to provide a body for the right seat during sim sessions..
The Farnborough Sim went down to Jo'Burg a few years back is is dry lease only..

Thanks everyone for the leads, cant believe it but quoted €17,000  me without VAT/taxes, yes €17,000 for a type rating on a sim not in the aircraft. Not going to tell who but hell, thats incredible.

Just don't forget that to have it issued on a EASA/JAA license you have to do "aircraft traning" = base training = touch & goes to get the endorsement.
The sim training and sim skills test is NOT enough for the European Authoz.

Good luck
