Booking Air Asia Tickets

Hello Air Asia Reservations
What on earth is going on with your system.
I have been trying to book two tickets for two
of my friends from Chennai for the past 5 days
and your system keeps rejecting the credit
card payment. It is very frustrating to see the entire
booking cancelled at the end. Why is your system
declining the credit card payment when there is
more than enough funds in the card. I have wasted some 4 hours
on this matter.

Are they flying to Phillipines too? a few of us want to go but seem like no flights there the other day for some reason.

booking with air asia has always been a hurdle. try booking with some other credit card.
and keep in mind that they do not accept international debit cards of Non-Malaysian banks.
You can also try the net banking payment, that works really well.

Yes, they are flying to Philippines (clark) from Kuala Lumpur, and have also started flying domestically within Philippines to Kalibo and some other places from clark. They are planning to expand further.

I have been preferring Air Asia for last 3-4 years and have traveled with it many times. There are some problems and difficulties one has to face when traveling with this airline, but in the end it is all worth it because you really save a lot of money.

The problem could be that the name of the creditcard holder is not the same as the name of the booking. I had this same problem booking with Iberia and using a friends creditcard.

first_solo...it never happened before. I have done it a couple of times.
This is the first time I have encountered such hassle.
On second thots what are two tickets to airasia
they can cover the profits by some other means like Ctlers
giving direct tracks dct sukat dct VPK dct IGARI dct MITOS...somehow
they will make their RM and of course...oops not to forget Leave ISTAN xxx

I think you will find they forgot to renew ops certificate to phillipines so couldnt fly in on 1st Oct for a few days. as usual probably sorted now.

I have never had any problems booking a flight on Air Asia in Bali, they even have an desk in Carrefour supermarket.
