CAL hiring CPTs and FOs

China Air Lines is hiring again for all types.

Based in Taipei, can someone confirm if CAL is under the CAAC or the Taiwanese authority? Its Taipei (Taiwan right?) and(?!) Rep. of China? Or Peoples Rep. Of china:confused:

Does anybody know the pay scale for A330 & if Foreign FOs stand a chance to be upgraded here?
I've heard stories along the lines of the atmosphere and CRM to be similar to that in KAL, is this true?
