Apparently they hit a wire and went into lake Zirahuen.
The producer/director apparently drowned and four others escaped without serious injury.

One wonders if they were shooting someone on the zip wire at the time of the crash.
This may have been the zip wire they hit.

The air ambulance had been donated for the day, so I gather they were shooting from an open side door or window?
