Hi there,
I have a Canadian PPL and am familar with airport approach/depart procedures. I am thinking about going to the United States, but I notice that pretty much only the International ones have approach/departure procedures. I can't find any in the Airport Directory (the green book) Where can I find them?
Also, in the sectional charts, where can I find the frequency to use when taking off from an airport? eg. taking off from Boeing airfield, it won't tell you what frequency to use if you want to fly higher than 2000, which is Seattle terminal area.
