You've got to love the updates from our Dear Managers.

They just refuse to touch the stuff that really matters to their troops; Bases, FTLs, PXing on the freighter, recruitment, expat housing ..... BUT lots of news on the industry, our new "green program" and the latest batch of industry muppets in the form of CPAXXX.

It was once said that a leader is defined by those who follow. In our case, we've got a bunch of spineless managers who would rather sell their own troops down the line than ask a critical question upstream.

So they leave it to their frustrated CPs; hats off to GL and MH for at least trying to address the issues.

But their heart is in the wrong place to ever be a CX manager. For that, you must first rip it out.

Couldn't agree more! There are some really serious matters going on that are not being Managed at all.
Is this what being a Swire Prince leads up to? Complete denial and no attempt whatsoever to deal with the problem.
It's like a pilot with a double engine failure giving a PA about how, out of the left side windows, you have a nice view of the mountains!!
Sharks endangered?
It is quite amazing how they get away with these situations. Perhaps that's the Corporate skill that's learnt in Swire Bottling and Property - escapology!!!
So much more could be extracted from us as a group of employees if we were shown just a bit of respect...............
