What are the good flight schools in europe/middle-east/malaysia/singapore for conversion of FAA CPL into JAA CPL n JAA frozen ATPL thereafter ?
please advise.

May I suggest that you do a bit of research yourself?

If you use the Search function and also look at the Wannabee forums you will find that your question has been asked and answered many times before.

However it is always a subjective view because most people only go to one FTO and therefore, as a consequence, have no practical experience of the others.
