Don't they operate illegal charters with airplanes registred in the Isle of Man?

They have been looking for a while and are raising their offers, can't find pilots.
The word must be out it is a dodgy outfit.

Careful,
very bad reputation at the moment. Paiements and conditions most likely unsure.

Well, IŽll wait for them when they finish their investigation, then IŽll get all the info I have to all CAAŽs around europe and report to all pilots flying illegal charters for them, so Mr Vodka, are you one of them?

How do you know they are flying illegal charter?

By definition the Isle of Man registry, M, is for private owners only, therefore no AOC and commercial intentions if on the Manx registry.

But they seem to sell trips.

How this normally goes is that pax are friends of the owners, those owners must have a lot of friends since there would be different friends on every flight...

They seem to sell trips....hmmmm.

So you actually don't know....

I hear over and over again how it is much cheaper to operate an airplane on an AOC, which would also give the right to sell flights. So why would an owner of an airplane not put it on an AOC if he wants to sell flights on it ????

European fuel tax is one way, you don't pay it if you are on an AOC, in Switzerland and Italy at least, and it is almost 99% tax!!!!

Not really sure what you want me to elaborate...

I suppose my choice of word (how) was a bit bad, since I haven't actually been told HOW it's done rather that it IS much cheaper, on fuel particularly.

Having been in private operations for some time now and having been informed by the owners of those airplanes that they get the VAT, on fuel etc, refunded, since they use their aircraft as a corporate tool, I have a hard time figuring out where the AOC guys save all those money they so claim....

Ok guys, looks like vodka drivers donŽt like their partners to be pushed around. Anyhow, this comes directly from Latvian CAA, I requested it months ago

Dear Mr XXXXX,

Do you recognize the aircrafts?
