Recent recruitment email "
First of all, to all my Muslims readers, I would like to wish you all happy Eid Mubarak and Selamat Hari Raya.

If you are receiving this email, that means that I have got your resume and there is no need to send your application multiple times. Trust me I have the same people sending me an application almost every week.

Anyway, just an update regarding any jobs opening and especially for A320 rated candidates with zero hours on type since this is the most often asked question that I receive from most of you. ( we are talking about thousands of candidates here )."

Don't give up hope, try flying smaller machines first or at least staying current at your local flying club. But don't believe the nonsense of those who only see you as money making fodder for type ratings and free labor. If the bandwagon is empty the airlines will train again and return to a fairer bonded system with higher standards overall

to all my Muslims readers

What about your Jewish readers? :E *

*gratuitous jest from your local Pprune Zionist Entity :)

Fully agree. An instructor rating is a good way to better one's flying skill + gain hours and make good contacts.

Yes it is Fly gosh, I received the same as well. Why?
Fly gosh is not "genuine"?

Official message is that all type rating pilots, with no hours on type, will be given a chance to join Citilink but from my point of view, I am pretty sure there will be enought experienced pilots with hours on type to fill the need of Citilink.

I have been informed, directly from a manager of the company, few months ago, that the minimum entry requirements for Citilink are in line with most respectable airlines (1500h TT and 500h on A320) and it is highly unlikely that Citilink will reduce this minimum entry standard.

So don't expect anything with this company at the moment, there will be no miracle.
