Would someone be kind enough to explain how AOC holders find their charter clients - I assume mostly through charter brokers. What are typical commissions, how do new AOC holders get judged/rated or tested in the absence of any track record? I'm talking Challenger 300/Falcon 900 size aircraft. Many thanks in advance.
