Fine Air fate

Does anyone know the fate of Fine Air? Last I read they were to be purchased by Cielo De Peru or an investment firm, HIG. The decision was to have been made in mid March but I've seen nothing in print.

Must still be operating as I saw their DC-8s at BAH and SIN.

They are still operating. I see them at MIA all the time.
As to their ownership fate, no idea.
