Just read a document from a financial institution that quotes the Carbon Tax will affect the Airlines as follows:

Qantas - $110 Million

Virgin - 40 Million

*For Qantas and Virgin a carbon price is effectively levied via an increase in the fuel excise tax on aviation fuel, which is expected to equate with the effective carbon price impost

**Based on $23/tonne

Will that apply to any airline that uplifts fuel in Australia??
Or only Australian businesses?
