Airfix operates aircraft almost entirely on behalf of (arguably shady) Russian big shot owners.
If I am not mistaken they have a Russian zillionaire on their board of directors aswell.
Pretty hard to get into unless you're Finnish or Russian, this goes for both flightdeck and cabin.

To be honest with you, I don't think there are any Russian pilots employed by Airfix... In the cabin, sure.

Airfix operates aircraft almost entirely on behalf of (arguably shady) Russian big shot owners.

As do 50% of all big operators in Europe so no news there.

Finnish, Swedish and Swiss pilots working there and I am pretty sure they have other nationalities as well.
