View Full Version : Qantaslink-Sunstate Airlines - I got it !!!!!

Hi everyone,
Due to privacy reason I haven't kept you up to date with my latest updates regarding my Qantaslink-Sunstate interviews.
Well after the medical and security check I had my final interview ( 3rd interview ) today and right there and then in the interview room got offered a position ! I start on the 29 April !
For those of you who have supported me since joining pprune in 1998 thank-you for all of your kind emails, phone calls and support - especially you Mr Seatback, Cloud 9,Smile and Tarantella - and anyone else I forgot ! I never thought this day would come. I was due to leave Australia on 24 April bound for Europe but now I'm cancelling and having to resign from my current position with QF tomorrow !! Sunstate here I come !

thanks alot for the kind words everyone, and for those of you who have been following my progress - thank-you. It's good to know you've been there along the way ! I'm now currently enjoying 2 weeks off of relaxtion before I starting training....and it's a good chance to "detox" after the celebrations...hehe
With all this talk of Southern Airlines dissapearing, I'm now getting nervous when I here all this talk of Eastern and Sunstate being next, anyone else heard anything ?
