JAA examiner in California

I am trying to contact Iain Davidson whom I heard was based out in Phoenix, as I understand he is an independent jaa examiner.

I have tried contacting CAE, OAA and the CAA but no one seems to have his contact details.

Does anyone know his email address? Or indeed does anyone know of any jaa examiner based in California that I could use for a proficiency check to renew my caa multi IR??
