Internet TV??

What would you suggest is the best site to access TV stations worldwide that are free to air to watch. There are a few but before downloading their software I thought to ask!

Where I live is very restricted on Sport and Good Tv viewing.

I realise that I may have to download some software to access TV.

all these various "international internet TV" programs do is aggregate various download streams which are openly available elsewhere as direct web pages.

generally, the so-callled internet TV players are malware-ridden spamvertising routines - and most of the tv programs they offer aren't worth the electricity

there are a couple of websites which rebroadcast live international sports - but they're busting copyright law and will be closed down sooner or later (the USA based sites already have been)


lets turn the question on its head - which TV stations do you want to watch? Try and find those online through direct webpage access. If you then can't access then due to national copyright issues, then look at proxy servers - but the forum rules prevent us discussing that

Failing that why not look through ebay's list of satellite cards. I'm not sure if they work away from the UK, but have a look and draw your own conclusions.
