Getting private pilot license in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Hi-

Had a few questions about getting a private pilot's license in Buenos Aires:

1. Can anyone recommend a good flight school in the area?
2. Are there any schools which conduct theory classes/exams in English?
3. Is one month (with no full-time job) enough time to get the license?
4. Will the Argentine PPL transfer to the USA?

First of all, the minimum time for getting the PPL is 45 days in Argentina.
Most of the Flight Schools are located at the Moron Airport.
They can teach you in English but the exams are in Spanish, the official language in our country.

About transferring the Argentine PPL to FAA, that's not possible. The FAA would count the flight time using the Argentine PPL in order to get an FAA License.
