I thought EASA was going to have a ruling in June on FAA license types flying N reg. aircraft on a permanent basis in the EU.

That about sums up the state of play at the moment for the issues with a billateral agreement.

So its all still work in progress.

By and large postponed till 2014 but it may depend on which EU country the "operator" is based.
