Would anybody be able to give me a heads up on working for Donghai Jet in Shenzhen, China.

Any Europeans CPT/FO there?

Management Relationship with crew, rostering, financial stability.. any clues would be nice..

be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen, thats what Donghai contract pilot told me. Crap hotels and late salary/per diems payments are the norm.
