Now for the question. It would seem that the aircraft in the article continued to Toronto after repairs in Miami BUT what if the aircraft could not and all pax became "guests" of the USA over night? Not a problem for any that held a Canadian passport but for others that require visas to enter the US what becomes of them? Has this ever cropped up?
