Has anyone ever managed to have a treatment in the spa ?
They are always fully booked whenever I arrive around 90 minutes before flights. Am I just unlucky ?

no lounge in T4....... ...... so no spa either....glf

Try flying Virgin Atlantic from T3 some time with one of the best lounges (sorry Clubhouse) anywhere and excellent spa type treatments. The food knocks the BA lounge stuff for six too.
Virgin's dedicated security channel is a hit too.
I'm not a BA knocker by the way and am a frequent flyer on both airlines.
