If this story is to be believed then the handing agency should hang their heads in shame. Frank is one of the best reporters in the world as far as I'm concerned. One of the few journos that people listen to on the subject of security issues.

When I heard him talking about it on the radio I got the impression that the problems (which continued on board) were more related to the airline than the handling agency.

Unless it's changed recently, they were with Cobalt at Terminal 4.
