Can i transfer all 7 atpl (CAA ATPL A)exam with out losing a sitting ?

What do you mean by transfer? If you mean can you change the date when it is you are supposed to sit the exams then I am certain that this can be done once you give the CAA enough notice. I am not sure what the notice period is though, so you will need to check that with your FTO or the CAA.

transfer as in to postpone .I think i should'nt lose a sitting?

Yes, if you give adequate notice then you should not lose a sitting but as I said you will need to contact either your FTO or the CAA to find out exactly how much notice is required.

The CAA must receive you request to transfer the exam dates 15 working days before your exams are booked.
And when I say receive, I don't know if that means 'arrive at their HQ' or 'the day your request is read'. So give it plenty of time.
I've read different things on the process of requesting to rebook. Some say you have to write to them and some say your FTO must do it for you.
Just tell your FTO and they'll sort it all out for you.
