Morning all,

first and foremost, I will state that the reason I want a FIR is not just for the rating( a piece of qualification in my license wallet).

I appreciate the responsibilities involved as an instructor towards the CASA, institutions , industry and students. I want to get real stick and rudder skills and high standard in flying.

Secondly, I don't want the training cost become my determining factor in choosing a Flight instructor training school.

if anyone can provide me with some information on what are the reputable training orgnisations around that do good and responsible flight instructor training?( all states, in AUS)

also current instrucors' employment market status please, if anyone is already in the game.

Ta.

Kind regards

p.s I have started to read some textbooks
aerodynamics for the naval aviators
mechanics of flight
flight instructors' manual(CAA+CASA)
CAR regs ,JEPP, CAO,
Kony Kern's FLIGHT discipline+ redefineing airmanship.
